My most important job as your photographer is to tell the story of your wedding day while making you and your family and friends comfortable.
I believe the more comfortable you are, the better your pictures will be.
My typical client loves their family + friends over anything. Always, always. They value time spent together, and are able to appreciate the quieter moments in their relationships, that strung together, share a story of deep love.
They appreciate beautiful photography, art and design. Someone who lets me do what I do best, and trusts my many years of experience in the industry. Whether you are the most camera-shy person or the biggest ham, there is no cookie-cutter approach to every client.
I will get you comfortable in a way that is best for you.
As a Queer Mexican-American woman, I pride myself on being a welcoming + inclusive photographer + human being and embrace everyone. I am so happy you are here to view my work, stay as long as you’d like and please feel free to leave a comment or share any posts!

This last, blustery push that Winter is having (even though it is technically Spring now!) has me longing for the summer, with it’s long days filled with warm sun and weddings at Belle Mer with Jubilee Events! This last wedding we al collaborated on was one for the books! Libby had the most amazing team […]

One of my favorite creative outlets I get as a photographer is doing styled shoots with my creative partners. One of my favorites is Bliss Celebrations Magazine. I have known Amy Blau, the publisher since she started the magazine, and had the absolute honor of having my work on three of their six covers. They […]
Last Summer found me in the Hamptons surrounded by a team of creative professionals that I am also lucky enough to call my great friends, sisters even! This team was assembled for the second year in a row to photograph the Donna Morgan campaign, led by the amazing Kathleen McFeeters, who has come to be […]

On any given day I am always up for an impromptu photo session with my daughter. She is inspired, inspiring and willing to do whatever we need or want for the shot! This was how she always was for me, and I have been photographing her for her whole life! There was one time we […]
Carly + James are two of the most easy going and fun clients turned friends I have had in my years of working as a photographer! Easy with a laugh for me and my super corny jokes (I’m here till Thursday, try the veal!) Add to this the fact that Mr. James just loves to […]

Mary + Mike booked with me via the talented lady crew that is Sixpence for your Shoe without even a phone call- which is quite a thrill! Then when I learned what these two smarty-pants do I was super intrigued. They have such unique jobs and they found each other! Mike studies endangered small mammals in […]
Emily + Brad were two of the most laid-back and go with the flow people I have met, which I can’t lie is like the cherry on top of my favorite type of client. People can love my work, or love me, or be so fun and energetic or kind and thoughtful on the phone […]

Being a local Hartford CT gal, when I get the opportunity to do an engagement session at my favorite park- Elizabeth Park, I get really excited! Most photographers long for the coast line of an unfamiliar place for sessions, which I totally get! Maybe it’s because I do get an opportunity to squeeze some travel […]
Many of you know how much I love to travel, and having the job I do, as your fun-loving photographer I am afforded that opportunity on the regular. Lucky me, can I get an amen! But…! Some of my favorite places to travel are those that are a drivable distance from me and my good […]

Jessica and Chris had their wedding, designed and planned by Nicole (Jessica’s sister!) at Sixpence for Your Shoe – at one of the coolest venues in CT- South Farms in Morris. From the beautiful rustic interior to the rolling hills and fields that surround South Farms, this place is just a magical space to celebrate your […]
