Garrison, NY in the Hudson Valley is one of my favorite places…it’s hilly, there’s lots of nature and it’s just far enough away that I feel like I am somewhere new and different..! The Garrison sits atop a big ole’ hill overlooking the Hudson River… the sun sets in just the most perfect spot, and the ceremony location is, of course, like RIGHT THERE!! What a view, what a staff of amazing people running it, and it’s just, so beautiful! Add two of the best clients on the top of that wedding sundae and sakes alive I am one happy photographer! Oh! Oh! Only one more thing could tip me over the edge… the BEST team working together on the best day! We had perfect weather too! OK, now there is the cherry on top!

Jenna and Mike are some of the most relaxed, easy going and kind people, and it made this day even better having such loving people to work with! Jenna got ready at The Garrison with her ladies while Jake of C10 Studios started with Mike and the guys off site! I got some snuggle time with my buddy Jim Altieri of Vintage Cinema, Dana and Rena of Dana Bartone & Co. and Diana and Libby of Jubilee Events during the prep while we got ready for their first look!

I loved this little spot where we did our first look among the weeping willow trees….

Can I just tell you how HARD I was crushing on the flowers?? Holler Tony Palmieri (formerly of Datura now with Green Dahlia) ! Swoonish! GAH! Blooooop! And all that!
