Adarsha and Jeremy wed at the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle NY on the most gorgeous September day. I had been looking forward to their wedding since our very first conversation, when they explained all of the traditions that would be a part of their ceremony. I have photographed many Hindu and Jewish weddings over my 20 plus year career as a wedding photographer, but never combined!

We did their first look right out front of the VIP Country Club. The soft light with that golden glow was just absolutely PERFECT for wedding portraits and their family portraits. There was SO.MUCH.COLOR!! It made my heart light up and the photos followed fast and furious and inspired.
Their Ketubah signing was held inside the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle, right before the Hindu and Jewish wedding ceremonies. I love Ketubah signings because they are so intimate. It feels like the calm before the storm, with the most core group of your people there to witness your families uniting.
After the Ketubah signing at the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle, the Hindu wedding ceremony was held. There were so many beautiful parts intertwined, representing both Hindu and Jewish traditions. Colorful, meaningful and love-fueled.
The second half of the wedding ceremony at the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle represented the Jewish wedding traditions. I loved seeing both parts so much. It felt like a true uniting of two very different families into one!
Adarsha and Jeremy chose to do an outfit change for cocktail hour and the wedding reception!
Then on to the PARTY! There were many heartfelt toasts and dances with partners and parents. The energy was high and happy and all of Adarsha and Jeremy’s friends and family were ready to DANCE! I absolutely loved photographing the Hora and dancing and seeing the joy on everyone’s faces!
