My most important job as your photographer is to tell the story of your wedding day while making you and your family and friends comfortable.
I believe the more comfortable you are, the better your pictures will be.
My typical client loves their family + friends over anything. Always, always. They value time spent together, and are able to appreciate the quieter moments in their relationships, that strung together, share a story of deep love.
They appreciate beautiful photography, art and design. Someone who lets me do what I do best, and trusts my many years of experience in the industry. Whether you are the most camera-shy person or the biggest ham, there is no cookie-cutter approach to every client.
I will get you comfortable in a way that is best for you.
As a Queer Mexican-American woman, I pride myself on being a welcoming + inclusive photographer + human being and embrace everyone. I am so happy you are here to view my work, stay as long as you’d like and please feel free to leave a comment or share any posts!

Smith Farm Gardens in East Haddam CT is one of the most magical wedding and event venues in all of Connecticut. I can’t stress this enough! The owners are the sweetest people with the biggest hearts and the greenest thumbs. As a fellow gardening nerd I appreciate the landscaping and flower gardens on a […]

One of my favorite things that happened this fall was my Chatfield Hollow Wedding with my sweet couple in Killingworth CT. 2020 has been… a challenge, specially for the wedding and events industry! We have not been able to host parties or events – understandably of course- since March in the way that we used […]
Danielle and Victor’s intimate wedding at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven CT was amazing. The weather was so perfect I kept pinching myself to make sure it was real. Can you look at those blue skies? For Danielle and Victor to be able to have their wedding during this Covid pandemic on such a […]

Lauren and Brian’s intimate wedding in Brian’s parent’s back yard, was the perfect way to spend a gorgeous Saturday! Like many of my couples this year, Lauren and Brian have had many ups and downs with postponing their bigger celebration until 2021. Also like many of my clients, they have decided to get married this […]

Alexa and Alex’s golden hour engagement session at The Chatfield Hollow Inn in Killingworth CT was incredibly magical! I arrived a little early to The Chatfield Hollow Inn and the sky was ominous; while one side featured bright blue sky with big puffy clouds the other side was dark grey and a little scary looking! […]
Lake Waramaug in New Preston CT is one of the most special places for an engagement session! I hadn’t been there for years, but when my clients Rachel and Glenn suggested it for their engagement session a few weeks back, I was instantly on board. I remembered it being peaceful and quintessential Connecticut. Not only […]

Before working at The Greenbrier in West Virginia I had never heard of it before. Ever since learning about The Greenbrier a part of me has not stopped thinking about it. Perhaps it’s mostly for The Greenbrier’s absolutely insanely beautiful and colorful and daring decor by famed interior designer Dorothy Draper. When I stepped foot […]
Rayne and Colin’s micro wedding during the current Covid-19 pandemic was about as perfect as a wedding could be. After photographing weddings for almost 20 years, I have made my way around the wedding dance floor, so to speak. Their wedding was absolute perfection. It was laid back and relaxed, despite the impending rain and […]

The final day of the Engage Luxury Wedding and Business Summit was hosted at the historical Kensington Palace in London. Kensington Palace is one of those spaces in the world that I honestly never thought I would visit, let alone have backstage access to! What a treat to be able to work in such a […]
