What feels like forever ago- only March, but still! I had my season opener with two of my most favorite clients- Nick and Ging at the Palace at Somerset Park in NJ. The team at this event consisted of my tried and true second shooter Mike Romano and my new studio editor and sidekick Greg Lewis! To say that we spent the better part of our day giggling like little kids would be a bit of an understatement!
Ging is so incredibly beautiful and happy and radiant- she makes our job fun and easy! Here we are rushing back from the salon to the hotel for her to get into her dress!

Ging’s Mom was so excited to see her daughter all dressed for her day- as we all were- but there is just something so special watching a Mom watching her little girl. Chokes me up every time!

We were heading down to the lobby for some quick shots before the ceremony- and I had to grab this shot- the light was really cool- and Ging, well, she was just stunning!

See what I’m saying here?

Love the pictures with parents- they are so special and something everyone should have!
Here are the ladies yucking it up together!

Then there was this wall, right? Riiiiight……!

Mike is always on task with the little ones!

Love this shot Mike got of Ging with her Dad right before the ceremony at the Chapel at Rutgers University got underway!

And this…. wow, right????

Their flower girls were just the cutest little gals!

I love Nick for so many reasons, he is hilarious and can play whiffle ball better than, well anyone really! But he is also an emotional and kind man and he and Ging together are just perfect!!
Ging got as emotional as Nick…

some beautiful details…. Nick’s parents did all of the flowers! Great job, right??

The image on the left is all Mike Romano!

Nick and Ging were about halfway thru the parking lot when I spotted this 10….. thanks for coming back, I needed this shot!

We returned to the gardens that I photographed them in for their engagement shoot – I was beyond excited for it because this bamboo forest was so much fun and unique to shoot in the first time around!

Yes. Part of Greg’s job involves making sure that I don’t kill or maim myself while on a shoot! Which I almost did- see that bamboo piece right between my feet? Treacherous!!!

I have so many comments and yet no comments about these portraits!!!!!! They just make me so happy!

Those size 10′s has my name written allllll over them……literally!!!

Their parent dances were so sweet and emotional- like them! During Ging’s dance with her Dad a family member sang to them- and the singers daughter was cuddling with him during it- it was such a precious moment

Love Mike’s shot here!
You can never go wrong with pink details in my opinion!

This was smack in the middle of the dance floor when I caught the videographer’s light- love it!

Nick’s nephew caught some air on the dance floor!

Nick’s Dad got in some snuggle time

The middle shot is all Greg Lewis!!! For favors Nick and Ging donated to some charities, they are so generous

and it’s a WRAP!!!
The C10ike photo booth is always a good time…!

And I always have to jump in! I am delicate like a flower!!

Nick and Ging thank you both so so much for opening up your hearts and families and day to me, Mike and Greg!
XOXOXOX
