I wrapped up my triple header weekend in Marblehead MA- and yes I am going out of order! with a couple I had met way back when Mike and I photographed Kate and Adam’s wedding at a summer camp a few years ago! Kristin and Maarit were DJ-ing the wedding and we all hit it off right off the bat. They have an appreciation for photography, and Mike and I for cutting a rug, so there you have it. We were instant friends!

So when they contacted me about photographing their ceremony in MA before there big blow out party in Miami, I was so honored!

On the drive out there Georgie, who I brought along with me sat upright out of a dead sleep- it was pouring rain- and said ‘ Momma! It’s raining. But I just know you are going to still have your shoot because you love the rain!’

LMAO x ohhh myyy GAWD!!

I love my girl! Luckily we didn’t have any rain to contend with for the shoot, but as Georgie so succinctly said I would have still rolled with it!

Kristin and Maarit exchanged vows on the bluff in Marblehead, overlooking the ocean, and boats and the fog that was slowly rolling in

So we headed over to this dreamy foggy scooba de DOO location and I was getting fired UP!!!!! Check out how awesome this place is!!!

Some snuggle time love!

I was able to bring my little pickelpuss Georgie with me for the day- she hadn’t seen me for almost a week and was missin her MOMMA! So she assisted me by moving flowers or holding bags and stuff… she was awesome!

After our shoot on the way home I asked Georgie what her favorite shooting situation was… without missing a beat she says ‘When they were leaning up against that house! Momma that was so cool!’

She is FIVE! and yes, I got a little choked up!!

Foggy bo BOGGY!!! Another little Georgie Gem is that she knows that Mami’s favorite weather is FOG. She says that I love it because it is mysterious and beautiful. Yes. She takes NOTES when I talk, right??

Kristin and Maarit, thank you so so so much for having Georgie and I – and Julie and Walter along for your ceremony- it was so beautiful!
