Proceed no further if you think you are about to read some life altering insightful post about how perfectly I balance life and work!
I mean it.
Stop reading.
Seriously!!
So here are Jack and Georgie one fabulous, dewey, Jesus light-y morning before going to work at Target. They haven’t been on the blog much, because I am a rotten Mommy and am denying them their 15 minutes!!
Truth is? I’d rather be with them than blog about them! But when I blog about them I feel like all of a sudden everyone that reads this that has kids is all of a sudden THERE, and that I am connecting with everyone again on a real, true level. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE posting my shoots on here; I love sharing each and every wedding; each and every engagement session or little lighting trick I am using or funny shooting experiences that we have together.
But these guys.
You feel me?

Such a cute photo! And Carla, you are hilarious! Love the Target reference!
incredibly adorable!
mama, those miniature target employees are the cutest things going. all snuggly about life.
Love this Carla!!! What incredible light, rays from heaven. A totally fab Mom pic. I think this will stick with you all forever!
love you for that – and the time you spend “with us”.
Wow great lighting and what a great shot!
Seriously.. you are such a beautiful person, beautiful mom. I “feel” ya, and can totally, totally understand.
I think I can hear the angles singing. Love it. And funny timing–I have some of the same Mommy feelings and just did a mini-shoot of my own munchkin yesterday. Felt all guilty that I don’t document his life and growth as much as I should! I love seeing your kids–they are so sweet.
Total sweetie pies!!! Love it! Your Target joke was pretty darn good, too.
xoxo
Darn girlfriend that is a perfect perfect picture…..I feel like you need an after shot of them going crazy like they usually do.
Heard of a fun holiday card.
This photo would go on the front and it would say “Silent Night.” Then you open it and they are all crazy and it says “yeah right”
COME ON
xoxo

How freaking cool is that… and you are, without a doubt, an awesome mom. Any kid would be so lucky!
That is such a sweet moment between two siblings who actually love each other. I’m getting all verclempt over here! Do they get an associate’s discount at Target?
Yes, I do! and I have been feeling the same exact way lately with my 3 kids. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and this precious picture-perfect moment of your two babes!
