Eyes up, heart open
Alex and Brendan were recently married at The Stamford Yacht Club. They arrived to the venue on a firetruck because, well, Brendan is a volunteer fireman, how cool is that? Anyways, here are some of my favorites from their wedding day. Congrats Alex and Brendan, wishing you a lifetime of happiness and joy!
Thanks to Robert for the set of images below! The wedding team:

Can I just tell you how much I loved this wedding? Cayce and Laura are from Brooklyn and own Buddha Chocolate, an organic, raw and unprocessed chocolate company in Williamsburg. They were recently married at Blooming Hill Farm in Monroe, NY. What I really loved was that this was a true farm to table wedding where all of the food served was locally grown and prepared right there on the farm by their talented chef. Be prepared to see some amazing food in this post, but be warned, it may make you hungry. Another highlight of the night was the Read More
Ryan and Tina were recently married at Saint Patrick’s Church and had their awesome reception at Farmington Gardens. What can I say about this couple? I’m sure you will see from their wedding photos just how happy and in love they really are. I love when my clients are the laid back type, like these two, who give me 100% of their trust and let me create for them! Here is a gallery of some of my favorite images of this beautiful couple’s wedding!
Danielle & Casey recently got married and had a really fun wedding at The Riverhouse At Goodspeed Station. My favorite moments of their day usually included their son, G, who was just the cutest, most polite kid ever and an awesome Ring Bearer. The weather was also perfect, can you say big puffy clouds!?!?! Shout out to Matt Fink of DMO Films, who I always have a blast working with and also my second shooter, Mike Romano!

Here are some of my favorite images of their wedding day!
Debra and Christopher are such a great couple! Fun, happy, classy, and in love are a few words that describe them perfectly. Their wedding day was nothing short of perfect, it included an elegant First Look at the Inn At Middletown, a double rainbow all the way, (What does it mean?!?!?) a beautiful unplugged ceremony at The Pavilion On Crystal Lake, and a fun night of dancing afterwards. Here are just a few of my favorite photographs from their day. Deb and Chris, congratulations and all the best!

Matthew and Rachel were such a fun couple to work with on their wedding day. I mean when someone asks you to photograph their wedding at Mystic Aquarium in front of Beluga Whales, how can you NOT have fun? The day started off a little rainy (more like drizzly) but it offered up some really nice light for our portrait session in downtown Mystic, CT. I love offbeat weather on a wedding day! Here are some of my faves from their big day, enjoy!

Diane & Mike were recently married in a very intimate ceremony at Harrington Farm officiated by Mike’s daughters, Amy and Nicole. Diane’s daughter, Amber, was her Maid Of Honor. I love non-traditional weddings and this one was as unique as they come. After the ceremony, the families held a quaint gift exchange following a nice lunch. The afternoon was completed with a sundae bar for the guests to enjoy. Here are some of the photos from their wedding, enjoy!

Nate and Jess met while attending law school together and they are such a sweet and fun couple. The rain didn’t stop them from having an amazing wedding at The New Haven Lawn Club. I had an absolute blast kicking off my wedding season with this great couple, sit back and enjoy some of the photos from their wedding!
I recently hosted a photography shootout in New Haven with about 20 photographers and a handful of models. The concept was for each photographer to spend 10 minutes with each model to produce unique images.
My personal challenge for the day was to create dramatic images using a minimal lighting setup. I went with a classic one light setup to create all of the images. Enjoy!
2013, what can I say?
This was by far my busiest year yet and I had an absolute blast doing exactly what I love, photographing peoples most important moments in life. I hand picked a few of my favorite images from this past year to share here on the blog and let me tell you, it was no easy task. It’s sometimes hard to put into words why an image strikes me and stops me in my tracks. Sometimes it’s a human connection, sometimes it’s raw emotion, and sometimes it’s just a pretty picture with all the right elements in Read More
